Returns commander inventory.
Parameters
- commanderName: string
  The name of the commander as registered on EDSM.
- apiKey: string
  The API key of the commander.
- Optionaltype: InventoryType
  The inventory type. Defaults to "materials".
Returns Promise<CommanderInventoryResponse>
The commander inventory.
